About Us
While participating in their high school's robotics club, five friends with a shared passion for STEM recognized a need for a new kind of team, one focused on true learning over just building a college resume. They envisioned an environment where young, like-minded kids could come together to develop important technical, leadership, and business skills, fostering creativity alongside teamwork and collaboration.
To bring this vision to life, they found out mentors with rich and relevant industry experience who were willing to help them achieve their goal.
This effort became the foundation of Ihsan Innovators, FTC team #30695, based in San Jose, CA.
Mission Statement
Our mission as an FTC team is to create a stress-free environment for Middle and High School students that can ignite passion for robotics and STEM, empowering teenagers with the skills, confidence, and collaborative spirit to innovate and solve real-world challenges, while fostering a diverse and inclusive community of future leaders and problem-solvers.
